Aciem – Branding

Client: Z Energy   Agency: D&Co, NZ   The background: In simple terms, Aciem runs loyalty and rewards programmes for clients such as Westpac, The Warehouse, Fonterra and other large scale businesses. Aciem also provides business process outsourcing and runs a factory that delivers the programmes.   The challenge: SBD working in partnership with D&Co to help reposition the business after a management buyout. Starting with the development of a brand story that amplified Aciem’s unique offering and rolling it out over a wide variety of external and internal touch points.   The new ACIEM: The result is a vibrant and energetic brand that seamlessly integrates into their partners business to deliver ‘moments of delight’ for their people, clients and their customers.
